3. 收到知识产权临时禁令该如何应对？
当事人收到知识产权临时禁令后，如果对保全的裁定不服的，可以申请复议一次。复议期间不停止裁定的执行。如申请有错误的，申请人应当赔偿被申请人因停止有关行为所遭受的损失。

3. How to cope with the temporary injunction of intellectual propertyreceived?
After receiving the temporaryinjunction of intellectual property, in case of any objection to the ruling ofpreservation, the party concerned may apply for reconsideration once. Theexecution of the ruling will not be suspended during the period ofreconsideration. In the event of any error in the application, the applicantshall indemnify the respondent from the losses so incurred by suspension ofrelevant acts.
